Partner with SME clients (pubs, restaurants, cleaning companies, retailers) to identify operational, staffing, and customer experience challenges.

Lead consulting projects in areas such as staff hiring strategies, onboarding and training, and operational workflows.
Support SMEs with digital adoption, including websites, customer experience optimisation, and marketing strategies.

Track client KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure measurable results.
Collaborate with internal teams to align consulting work with Crexa’s broader advisory and digital solutions.
MSc in UX Design (or related discipline), with strong grounding in human-centred design, product strategy, and customer experience.
Experience in SME consulting, UX/product design, or business improvement projects with measurable impact.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
Strong communication and presentation abilities for engaging SME clients.
Knowledge of digital tools, marketing methods, and staff training frameworks.
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to help Crexa expand its client base and strengthen long-term relationships with local SMEs. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and working closely with the consulting team to align business development with service delivery.
Research and identify new business opportunities in target sectors such as hospitality, retail, cleaning services, and local enterprises.
Develop and manage a pipeline of SME prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead management.
Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Crexa’s consulting services effectively.
Work with the consulting team to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.

Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, or related fields.
